The dealership has achieved the Elite of Lexus award every year under his guidance. He has been in the automotive business since 1977.  Rick Scouten Parts Manager rscouten@lexusofwilmington.com Rick is a Master Certified Parts Manager with 22 years of Toyota experience: five years as a Certified Technician and 17 years as a Parts Manager. Rick came to Lexus of Wilmington in 1995 and has worked hard on building up the Parts Department to give our customers the best possible service. In the process the Parts Department has won the Lexus Best of the East award seven years straight.
